Indent Items and Special-Order Terms

Overview

Indent items are special-order products identified in the SKU. As these products are not regularly stocked by Alloys, they are subject to different ordering, lead time, cancellation, and return conditions than standard stocked items.

Ordering Requirements

Some indent items require approval before Alloys places an order with the vendor. Where applicable, order processing will begin only after that approval is received.

Lead Times

Indent items generally have longer lead times than standard stocked products. Estimated delivery timeframes are based on the latest supplier information and may change depending on vendor availability.

Cancellations and Returns

Once an indent item has been ordered from the vendor, cancellations and returns are generally not accepted outside of Alloys’ standard RMA policy.

In extenuating circumstances, Alloys may consider a cancellation or return request at its discretion. Where approved, a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Order Confirmation

Alloys may require customer confirmation before processing an order that includes indent items.
