Elite Screens Shipping and Freight Information

Key information on Elite Screens shipping, freight charges, stock availability and pickup options.

Elite Screens products ordered through Alloys are shipped directly from the Elite Screens depot in Victoria. Because these items are dispatched separately, a separate freight charge will apply and must be approved by the reseller after the order is placed.

Why Elite Screens stock is not held in Alloys warehouses

Due to the fragile nature of Elite Screens products, Alloys does not hold this stock in its own warehouse locations. This helps minimise handling and reduce the time goods spend in transit before reaching their final destination.

Important freight information for mixed orders

If the same purchase order includes:

  • Elite Screens products dispatched from the Elite Screens warehouse, and
  • other items dispatched from an Alloys warehouse,

both freight charges may apply:

  • Elite Screens freight
  • Alloys standard freight policy

Stock availability in the Alloys portal

When viewing Elite Screens products in the Alloys portal, stock on hand will display as 0 SOH.

For current stock availability, ETA information, or incoming shipment timelines, please contact the Alloys customer service team.

Pickup option

If your customer would prefer to collect their order directly from Elite Screens, please let the Alloys team know when placing the order so this can be arranged with the Elite Screens warehouse team.

Dispatch timeframes

Once freight has been approved and applied to the order, please allow 24–48 hours for goods to be dispatched from the Elite Screens warehouse.

Please note that freight quotes are only valid for a limited period and may not apply to future orders placed outside that timeframe.
