No Playback - IVSEC X
If you are getting "No video file found" message appear on the IVSEC X app when looking for recorded footage the most common reason for this is that the date/time has not been set correct on the recorder. Follow the steps below to correct the date and time.

1. Press the white human icon

2. Press "Remote Setting"

3. Press on the Recorder model name

4. Press "Date and Time"

5. Press "System Time"

6. Press the "Date" tab. Adjust the date and press "Set"

7. Press the "Time" tab. Adjust the date and press "Set"

8. Press "Save" on the top right hand corner
9. Wait 5 minutes and check if you can now see playback footage via the app.
