Reported Issue: NC522XA Camera won't zoom or focus
Solution: If you are connecting an NC522XA camera to a current model recorder (e.g. NR308XD) the zoom and focus works without an issue.
If you are connecting the NC522XA to an older model IVSEC recorder (e.g. NR308XA or NR308XB) due to firmware limitations with the older units the zoom / focus may not work. As a workaround, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure your Recorder is running the latest firmware

2. Enter the IP address of the recorder into a web browser and login.
3. Select "Channel"
"IP Channels"
Select "Edit" on the NC522XA camera
Change the following options as per image below:
Mode: manual mode
Protocol: onvif
Port: 80
Press OK
After approx. 1 minute the camera should re-appear and zoom / focus should now work
