Kyocera RMA Claim Requirements
Kyocera Hardware and Consumables
Kyocera will organise collection directly from the end user or reseller if required.
To process a hardware or consumables claim, please provide:
- Valid case number from Kyocera
Contact: 13 59 62 - Serial number (hardware only)
- Detailed fault description
- Address where the goods are located
- Contact name, phone number, and email address
Important: If the end user has been advised that a case number is not required for toner claims, a detailed fault description must still be provided.
