The Device Config Tool allows you to search the network (LAN) for IVSEC devices (recorders and cameras) as well as configuration and maintenance options such as modifying IP addresses, upgrading firmware and restoring system default.

NOTE: Cameras connected to an IVSEC NVR will not appear on the device config tool as they run on a separate network (VLAN). This is intended for security purposes. Only NVRs directly connected to the LAN or cameras connected using a separate network switch will be listed.
To access cameras that are running on the NVR VLAN connect an ethernet cable to one of the NVR POE ports and connect the other end of the cable to your modem / router or laptop.
