How to order Avision Consumable Rollers?

 

If after cleaning the rollers you are still experiencing paper pickup problems or multi-feeding the scanner rollers may need to be replaced

 

These rollers are consumables and are not covered under warranty.

 

If you need rollers please send the following details via email to service@alloys.com.au

  • Avision Scanner model number
  • Scanner serial (located on the back or bottom of the device)
  • Description and photos of the parts you want to purchase
  • Your contact name, company and phone number
