How can I track my order

You can view your order’s consignment details through the Alloys website and set up automatic shipping notifications to receive delivery updates by email.

View consignment details

1. From the Alloys home page, select **Orders** from the left-hand menu.

2. Search for your order using any of the following:

- Reference

- Date filters

- Alloys product code

- Invoice number

- Order number

- Serial number

3. Once you locate the relevant order, select **View**.

4. The consignment details will appear under the delivery address details.

Set up automatic shipping notifications

1. From the Alloys home page, go to **Data Feed and Communications** in the left-hand menu.

2. Tick shipping notifications from your list of preferences.

Once enabled, you will receive an email when your order has been collected from our warehouse. The email will include:

- Courier

- Consignment number

- Tracking link

- Delivery destination
