How to view Backorders and Set up automatic Backorder report notifications
View backorder details
To view your current backorders:
1. From the Alloys home page, open the left-hand menu.
2. Go to **Orders**.
3. Select **Backorders**.
Set up automatic backorder reports
To receive backorder reports by email:
1. From the Alloys home page, open the left-hand menu.
2. Go to **Data Feed and Communications**.
3. In your preferences, select either:
- **Daily Backorder Report**, or
- **Weekly Backorder Report**
Once enabled, your report will be sent to you by email on the selected schedule. Weekly reports are sent on Wednesdays.
Each report includes the latest estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your orders, based on the most recent supplier information.
