Online Access using Microsoft account or Magic Link Login
To set up your online access, contact our Customer Service team at **Hello@alloys.com.au** or call **1300 368 348**.
Request a Different Access Level:
If you need a different level of access, please provide:
- Your role
- The specific access permissions required
This information helps us review and update your access.
Log in using your Microsoft Account:
You can log in using your Microsoft account, provided you originally registered for the Alloys website using a Microsoft account.
- Head to our website and click Login at the top right corner
- You’ll now see options to log in with Microsoft
Don't have a Microsoft Account, you can still gain access via the Magic link:

Enter your registered email via the Login page
- Click continue with email to get your Magic link
How Magic Link Login Works:
Magic Links let you log in without a password. To sign in:
1. Enter your user ID on the login page
2. Select **Continue to Login**
3. Check your registered email address for your secure login link
4. Click the link to access your account
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. A new Magic Link is generated each time you log in.
Why Use Magic Links?
- Faster login with fewer steps
- No forgotten passwords
- Reduced password sharing and improved security
Security Information:
Each Magic Link is:
- Single-use
- Valid for 10 minutes
- Device- and browser-specific
To use Magic Link login, a valid email address must be linked to your account.
Use the Same Browser and Device:
You must open the login link on the same device and in the same browser used to request it.
For example, if you request the link in one browser but your email opens in another browser, the login may fail.
**Tip:** If this happens, copy the login URL from the email and paste it into the original browser.
If you open the email on a different device, the link will not work.
