Reporting Goods Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please provide the information below so we can assess your claim as quickly as possible.

    What to include with your claim

    Please send:

    • Clear photos of the goods
      • Please provide full-frame images rather than close-ups
      • For TVs, include photos of:
        • the front of the panel
        • the back of the panel
        • the packaging
        • the foam inserts
        • the serial number
    • Proof of delivery timing
      • Claims should be reported within 7–14 business days of delivery
      • If the delivery was marked subject to check on the proof of delivery, please include that information
    • Order and shipment details
      • Your consignment number
      • Your Alloys invoice number
      • A brief description of the damage

    Courier claim requirements

    Where a courier claim is required, the claim process may take 1-2 months to complete.

    Providing complete information upfront will help avoid delays in reviewing your claim.
