Change of Mind Returns
If goods are no longer required, please lodge an RMA and include comments explaining why the items are no longer needed.
Returns can only be approved if they meet the following requirements:
- All goods must be in their original packaging and remain unopened
- For inks, the expiry dating must be greater than 6 months
- Goods that are end of life or discontinued cannot be returned
- A 15% restocking fee will apply
- Some goods will require return approval from the product team
