FujiFilm RMA Claim Requirement

FujiFilm Hardware and Consumables

To process a FujiFilm hardware or consumables claim, please provide:

  • EU invoice and reseller invoice
  • Serial number for hardware
  • Detailed fault description and error codes

Please note: Consumables are covered by a warranty period of 90 days or 70% remaining life, whichever occurs first.
