Please provide the required information when submitting your RMA claim.

Hardware

Product is deemed DOA if it fails within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please provide:

  • EU invoice
  • Valid DOA number from Epson
    Contact: 1300 361 054
  • Serial number
  • Detailed fault description

Printer Consumables
