Elite Screens Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty claims, returns, cancellation fees and support information for Elite Screens products.
DOA and faulty products:
All dead-on-arrival (DOA) and faulty claims are managed directly by Elite Screens in line with the Elite Screens warranty and returns policy. These claims are not handled by Alloys. Please complete the Elite Screen warranty form to begin the claims process.
Change-of-mind returns:
Change-of-mind returns are subject to Elite Screens’ assessment. If the box has been opened or the seal is broken, a 50% restocking fee will apply to all screens. This excludes fixed screens that have already been assembled or installed, which are not eligible for return.
Unopened cancellations:
Under the Elite Screens policy, unopened orders cancelled before use will incur a 20% restocking fee.
