How to Lodge an RMA Request

To submit an RMA request, go to Returns from the left-hand menu on the Alloys home page and complete the Returns Request form.

Once submitted, your request will be emailed to our returns team for review and action. We’ll send a reply to the email address provided on the form with an update or next steps.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following before returning any product to Alloys:

  • Products must only be returned after a valid RMA has been issued by Alloys.
  • The RMA number and a copy of the invoice must be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging so the return can be identified and quarantined for assessment.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • For no fault returns, products must be returned unopened with all seals undamaged. A 15% handling fee may apply.
  • For any future enquiry regarding returned goods, the customer must provide proof of delivery or consignment information to confirm delivery.
  • Any physical damage caused by misuse of the product will void the warranty and remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • Credits, replacements, and repairs are subject to the vendor’s return directives.
  • Replacement and return processing may be delayed due to vendor lead times and stock availability.
  • Some vendors require DOA and faulty products to be handled directly by their own departments. 
  • If faulty goods are returned to Alloys and the vendor determines no fault is found, the customer will be responsible for any vendor testing charges incurred.
