Freight and Delivery Information
Free Standard Freight
Standard Printer Consumables orders over $500 ex GST qualify for free standard freight.
Standard Freight Charges
The following standard freight charges apply to all other orders:

| Air Bag / Air Box | Standard delivery | $15 |
Additional Freight Charges
Orders are considered non-standard and freight charges will be calculated individually if any of the following apply:
- Heavy or bulky items that may require tailgate or Stairmaster delivery, such as panels, projector screens, or large format media
- Urgent point-to-point or express deliveries, including air freight
- Special delivery instructions, such as pallets or large format printers
- Offshore islands and remote or distant mainland locations - Please see list of affected Postcodes
- Selected products
For these orders, the customer must agree to the freight charges before shipping. For online orders, quotes will be provided through the website.
Backorders
Stock quantities are displayed on our website. All in-stock goods will be shipped immediately unless the customer requests no part shipment.
After the initial shipment, no further goods will be shipped until all remaining items are available for dispatch.
Delivery Notes
If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in the letterbox so re-delivery can be arranged.
Couriers will not leave goods unattended at the doorstep unless deemed safe to do so or Authority to Leave (ATL) is provided.
We reserve the right to recover any attempted delivery fee.
Notes
Only standard Printer Consumables orders over $500 ex GST qualify for free standard freight. 3D and LFP Print products are excluded.
If a specific carrier is required, Alloys will supply a charge sheet.
A Darwin/NT surcharge of $30 applies to all air bags delivered via Darwin Airport.
